Arctic Strides: Running Alaska is a journal of my life’s runs and ambitions. This is a story of my achievements and struggles as I run toward my goals of health, spirituality and mental wellness. I hope that by the end of it all I will have evolved into a better person.
The trails were groomed really well tonight. It made for fast cross country skiing, and even faster running. It made for a great start to a long training season.
